How to Replace Battery on Pulse ignition?

 About Pulse ignition (other names: Continuous Spark ignition / Piezoelectric Heat)

The Pulse Ignition is close to the Piezo Ignition that used commonly on base grill, while added extra battery power allows continuous power for lighting up the grill which brings easier lighting up. While the Pulse ignition needs you to maintain the battery for the ignition system to protect it from failure and keep it sharp. And on the next update, we will show you how to change the battery by yourself.

 How does a Pulse igniter Work?

When a button is pressed, with the ignition coil, the ignition kit takes power from the battery and turns it into a spark powerful enough to ignite the gas.

 Here’s How to Replace Battery into the Pulse Ignition Kit:  

1. Unscrew the Pulse Igniter Push Button
2. Switch the positive of Battery side up into the Pulse Ignition Kit.
3. Screw the Push Button back in place. 

(Warning: Before replacing Battery, make sure your grill is completely cool and all burner control knobs and gas cylinder valve are turned off )

A spark generator uses the voltage from a battery to generate a spark. These have also become a common source of igniting a grill.
